What is executive coaching?

Executive coaching is 1-2-1 coaching that is tailored around the individual. The aim is usually to achieve a specific objective relating to business performance, as the decision made during these sessions usually have a wide-ranging impact on a business.

Executive coaching can be used to address a wide range of issues, such as how to get the best out of your team, how to manage business performance, how to handle difficult relationships or how to play to your strengths and work on your weaknesses.

A number of tools can be used to support you in executive coaching to help you get the most out of it. This can include Emotional Intelligence reports, personality reports such as MBTI and experience of a wide range of psychological development tools.

Who is it for?

Executive coaching is usually for those that hold a senior position within an organisation, in particular CEOs and company directors. Given the unique position these people are in, this form of coaching is a heavily relied on resource for an unbiased and completely confidential ear that will support them in achieving their objectives and over coming personal and professional challenges.
